Manderley is a planned community with an emphasis on elegant, unique homes and sprawling, manicured landscapes. We hope that no two homes will be alike and that all homes will have a unique character.  Each individual home, regardless of style, must be of very high quality.  This can be achieved when each architectural element is true to its style.  It is important that each of these elements--from the design and exterior materials of the house down to the landscape and hardscape installed--be in harmony with each other and with the development as a whole.  To achieve this goal, the Architectural Control Committee has established Design Guidelines for all homes being constructed in Manderley.
