About Manderley:

Manderley is a family-owned subdivision.  The Brown family bought the old Reynolds farm in 1998 and developed it, envisioning a neighborhood where residents could have all the amenities of a city lot, but also have plenty of room to build large homes without feeling crowded by neighbors.  Who wants to build a luxury home, only to look out the window into the neighbor's dining room?  We take great pride in this subdivision, which has been the fulfillment of a family dream and a labor of love.  Because this is our home too, we take our construction standards very seriously, and we want our residents/neighbors to be happy here.

Everyone's idea of a "dream home" is different.  You may dream of having room for your young children to explore, or you may dream of having a garden to reflect in upon your retirement.  Whatever your dream is, we hope you will join us and build that dream at Manderley.
